Color Stack
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
A board game I though of in a dream, then I built in about 4-6 hours
You try to stack a bunch of colored tiles by placing a pawn and moving it orthogonally to a tile directly in a line from it.
As long as you collect tiles of the same color you can keep moving until you end turn.
You cannot collect Black tiles.
When you collect tiles, if two non-adjacent tiles in your collection are the same color you gain points equal to the number of tiles in between two colors (minus 2).
If you can't move you have to hit end turn and place your pawn anywhere on the board next turn, losing what tiles you hold. You have to move if you haven't collected any tiles that turn.
(hit the Hexagon to end turn)
Player 1 places their pawn and ends their turn immediately. Then play continues as normal.
There is no replay button, restart the game. I'm lazy. Also this is very in development, this is just uploaded to show some friends.
The blocks are stored in a quadruple linked list, and I think that's funny.
